Shows various information about the network.

/LUSERS [<dummy> [<server>]]

Parameter <dummy> must be used when parameter <server> is used to get the info from another server.

Number of visible users, number of invisible users, and the number of servers on the network.
Number of opers on the network, plus the number of local opers on the server.
Number of unknown connections to the server (open connections which have not completed the registration stage to become a client or server link).
Number of channels formed on the network, plus the number of local channels on the server.
Number of client connections, and number of server links the server has.
Highest total connection count, and highest client connection count.
