ircu/CONNECT
Connect the server to another server.
/CONNECT <server> [<port> [<from server>]]
When no port is specified, port 7325 is used for local connects. Parameter <from server> can be used to make a remote server establish the connection.
If port "0" (zero) is used, the remote server will use the port from the Connect block, when no port is set there, port 7325 is used. The connect instruction is checked against CRULE blocks, and is checked against server jupes.
