Server Commands/REHASH
Syntax: REHASH <flags> [remote server]
Reloads the ircd.conf file by default. Specify a remote server to rehash that server. The following flags are available:
- m - flushes the MOTD cache
- l - reopens the log files
- s - reopens the SSL pem file
- q - to not rehash the resolver
