Basically, don't be afraid to create any article that is related to DareNET in any way, no matter how tenuous. If you find yourself repeatedly talking about something on IRC, that's a hint that it's a good candidate for an article on the DareNET Wiki.

You only need to pause for thought when it comes to articles that have nothing really to do with DareNET or IRC in general. These articles may be better placed in your user space.

Articles about specific channels should go in the Channel: namespace in an article named after the channel without the leading #. For example, Channel:darenet is the page for #DareNET. You can make subpages here, as with user pages.

Articles about specific IRC servers, past and present, should be created in the Server: namespace. The canonical name for an article about an IRC server should be named after the full name of the server. Shorter versions of the name can be created as redirects. For example, Server:quake.ca.us.darenet.org vs Server:quake.

Similarly, don't be afraid to edit any existing article if you feel it is lacking in any way. All contributions to DareNET Wiki are the work of the community and no individual should be precious about edits to articles they created. However, certain documents pertaining to official policy may be locked.
