HOSTSERV - INDEX
HostServ allows you to set and manage custom titles for your account. For a list of available titles, visit http://www.darenet.org/titles

NOTE: You may only change your title once every 14 days.

HostServ may be accessed in the following ways:

  • /msg HostServ@services.darenet.org
  • /hostserv
  • /hs

For the purpose of this document, we will be using the /hostserv command; however, you may substitute for any of the above methods. If your client does not support /hostserv, you will need to use /msg HostServ@services.darenet.org instead.

Available commands:

TITLE- Set a custom title for your account.
RANDOM- Have HostServ assign you a random title from the list.
ACCEPT- Accept a group custom host invitation.
DENY- Deny a group custom host invitation.

The following commands are only available to group contacts:

INVITE- Send a group custom host invitation to a user.
UNINVITE- Remove a pending group custom host invitation.
