As an oper you can display the server-side privileges set for a user or another oper. Privileges include the ability to see all invisible users, see local invisible users, see invisible channels, use the check command, use whox, set/unset local glines, set/unset global glines, local kills, remote kills, force wide-glines, force opmode/clearmode on registered channels, set/unset local zlines, set/unset global zlines, set/unset local shuns, set/unset global shuns, propogate oper status, restart, rehash, die, see opers, xtraop, hide channels, and more.

Syntax: PRIVS [nickname]


As an oper you can display the server-side privileges set for a user or another oper (you may also specify a list of space separated nicknames). If no parameter is given, it will display the privileges set for yourself.

Only Services can set and unset privileges.
