HELPSERV - USERINDEX
Hello there!

I'm HelpServ, your helper service here on DareNET.

With this service you can request help from our network staff. Your request will be picked up by the next available helper who will assist you.

Below is a list of commands which are available to you:

@CLOSEREQ- Closes your current request.
@HELPER- Find out who is currently assigned to your request.
@SHOWREQ- Detailed information on your current request.
@WAIT- Find out where you are in the queue.

Please note, all HelpServ user commands are prefixed with an '@'. So, for example, /msg HelpServ @HELPER. Any text you send to HelpServ that is not prefixed with an '@' will be logged as part of your help request.
