Our stance on Intellectual Property
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from posting content that violates another party's intellectual property rights. When we receive a proper claim of IP infringement, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. In the case of repeat offenders, we also terminate their accounts (in appropriate circumstances).
Do I retain the copyright and other rights to material I upload to DareNET?
Yes, you retain the copyright to your content. When you upload or post your content, you grant us a license to use and display that content. For more information please review Terms of Service, which contains information about intellectual property, as well as your privileges and responsibilities as a DareNET user.
How do I report intellectual property infringement?
If you believe that content on the DareNET website violates another party's intellectual property rights, you should contact the rights owner directly. If you believe that content is accessible on the DareNET website in violation of your own IP rights, please visit our Copyright Information page for more information.
Why was my content removed?

The ToS includes our content, intellectual property, acceptable use and privacy policies. Please reread our ToS and be certain that all of your remaining content on the DareNET website complies with these rules.
What happens to my account when DareNET acts on an allegation that I infringed someones IP rights?
