Usage: /CS TRIM <#channel> <target> <duration> [vacation]

The TRIM command removes target objects inactive for more than the specified duration from the channel's user list.

Where <target> is an access level, range of access levels (e.g. "300-399"), "users" or "lamers". The <duration>
