C - Command: NOTE

Usage: /CS NOTE <#channel> [<type> [new-note-text]]

With no arguments, lists all visible notes for the specified channel.

With one argument, lists the note type you name (if it is visible to you).

With two arguments, sets the note with the type specified (if you can set it).
