CHANSERV - Command: GIVEOWNERSHIP
Usage: /ChanServ GIVEOWNERSHIP <#channel> <nickname|*account>

Transfers ownership of the channel from you to another user on the channel's user list. You will be demoted to COOWNER, and the specified user will be promoted to OWNER.

An account or nickname may be specified for the name argument. Account names are prefixed with *, which forces ChanServ to use the name of an account directly (useful if the user is not online).
