CHANSERV - Command: BANS
Usage: /ChanServ BANS <#channel> [<mask|nickname>]

The BANS command lists all permanent and timed bans entries for a channel.

Bans are hostmasks in the form of nick!user@host which ChanServ watches for, keeps users matching them out of your channel.

If a nickname is specified, only ban entries that visibly match that user will be shown.

If a hostmask with no wildcards is specified, only ban entries that exactly match the hostmask will be shown; otherwise, if a hostmask with wildcards is specified, ban entries covered by the given hostmask will be shown.
