Userlist Management Commands:

| USERS | - Show the channel's userlist. |
| CLIST | - Show all COOWNERs of a channel. |
| MLIST | - Show all MANAGERs of a channel. |
| OLIST | - Show all OPs of a channel. |
| HLIST | - Show all HALFOPs of a channel. |
| FLIST | - Show all FRIENDs of a channel. |
| LAMERS | - Show the channel's lamers list. |
| ACCESS | - Check a user's access level in a channel. |
| CLVL | - Change a user's access level in a channel. |
| USET | - Set a channel user's options (autos, info). |
| SEEN | - Find out the last time a user was in a channel. |
| ADDFRIEND | - Add a user as a FRIEND in a channel. |
| ADDHOP | - Add a user as a HALFOP in a channel. |
