Server Commands/WHOIS
Syntax: WHOIS [server/nickname] <nickname1,nickname2>
Retrieves information on the given nickname(s).
Restricted to IRC Operators:
If a server, or a nickname representing a server, is specified then the information will be retrieved from the given server (or from the server the given nickname is on).
