Server Commands/OPER
OPER [server] <name> <password>
The OPER command requires two arguments to be given. The first argument is the name of the operator as specified in the configuration file. The second argument is the password for the operator matching the name and host.
If enabled, a server name cane be specified. The server name is the of the server your O:line is on. So you can be on any server on the network and be able to oper up.
