C - Command: QVOTE

Usage: /CS QVOTE <#channel> <qvote id> <+|->

This command is used to vote (rate) a quote either up or down, where <quote id> is the id number of the quote you are voting on. Use + to vote a quote up, and - to vote a quote down.
