CHANSERV - Command: HOP

Usage: /ChanServ HOP <#channel> <nickname> [<nickname> <nickname> ...]

The HOP command makes ChanServ grant halfop to the specified user(s).

NOTE: You may specify multiple nicknames, with a space between each.
