Syntax: SILENCE [+/-hostmask|nick]
This command is used to manage your server side ignore list. If you do not specifiy a hostname then the list will be displayed. Prefix a hostmask with a + to add a new hostmask, prefix a - to remove a hostmask.

Restricted to IRC Operators:
If a nickname is specified (without +/-), it will display the silence list for that user.
