Syntax: INVITE [<nickname> <channel>]
Without an argument, INVITE will display any outstanding invites you have.
With the nickname and channel arguments, it will send a notice to the user that you have invited him/her to come to the specified channel.
NOTE: Invites allow a user to bypass most restrictions that might otherwise prevent the user from joining the channel, such as +l, +i, +k, etc.
