CLEARMODE [!]<#channel> <modes>
CLEARMODE removes the given modes from the channel. If the channel is registered or qlined, then you will need to prepend ! to the channel's name.
NOTE: This command is disabled for all IRC operators by default, and may only be enabled for individuals by a network administrator through OperServ.
