DICE <AdX+B>

Rolls the dice and returns the result, using RPG dice notation.

A is the number of dice to be roll, with X being the number of faces of the dice. B is an optional additive modifier, which is added to the sum of the rolls.

Note, when using this command in-channel, if you do not have access in the channel, the answer may be reported privately instead of in the channel
