GIVEOWNERSHIP <#channel> <nickname|*account>

Transfers ownership of the channel from you to another user on the channel's user list. You will be demoted to co-owner, and the specified user will be promoted to owner.

Examples

/msg ChanServ GIVEOWNERSHIP #chat *joe

Transfers ownership of #chat to whomever owns the account joe.
