DELUSER <#channel> <nickname|*account>

Deletes a user from the channel's user list.

/msg C DELUSER #chat *nitemare	Deletes the user with the account nitemare from #chat's access list.
/msg C DELUSER #chat Joe	Removes any entries on #chat's user list that match the user using the nickname Joe.
