C - Command: ADDQUOTE

Usage: /CS ADDQUOTE <#channel> <quote>

The ADDQUOTE command adds a quote to the channel's quote database. You may only add quotes if you have the proper access to do so, as determined by the channel's QADDLEVEL setting.
