C - Command: QUOTE

Usage: .quote [<id>|search <string>|author <nick>|count]

The QUOTE command is used to display or search for quotes in a channel's quote database. You may only use the command if you have the proper access to do so, as determined by the channel's QVIEWLEVEL setting.

Examples:

.quote This will display a random quote.

.quote 2 This will display the quote for quote id #2.

.quote search apple This will display a list of quote ids for quotes that contain the word *apple* in them.

.quote author DareNET This will display a list of quote ids for quotes added to the quote database by DareNET.

.quote count This will display the total number of quotes stored in the channel's quote database.

.quote last This will display the last quote added to the channel's quote database.

NOTE: The QUOTE command may only be used in-channel (not via /msg C, /C or /cs).
