ADDFRIEND MDELFRIEND USERS

FLIST <#channel> [mask]

Lists all users of level FRIEND on a channel's user list.

An optional mask may be supplied to limit showing only those FRIENDs that match the mask.

/msg ChanServ FLIST #chat	Show all users with an access level of FRIEND on #chat.
/msg ChanServ FLIST foo	Show only those users with an access level of FRIEND in #chat who have "foo" in their account name.
