CLEARMODE [!]<#channel> <modes>
CLEARMODE removes the given modes from the channel. If the channel is registered or qlined, then you will need to prepend ! to the channel's name.
NOTE:
By default, CLEARMODE is disabled for all IRC operators. Instead, OperServ's CLEARMODES command should be used instead. However, it may be enabled for individual operators by a server-side privilege flag through OperServ by a network administrator.
