Reloads the server settings and the MOTD.

/REHASH [L|M|Q]

The "L" option reopens the log files, the "M" option flushes the MOTD cache, and the "Q" option prevents the DNS resolver from not being rehashed. The oper needs to have privilege REHASH. All server features changed with /SET are overruled, either by values set in ircd.conf or else by the default values.
