Shows the Message Of The Day (MOTD).

/MOTD [<server>]

Shows the MOTD for the server, parameter <server> can be used to get the MOTD from another server.

If there is a hostmask- or class-based MOTD block that matches the user, it is shown, else the local MOTD is shown. For remote requests, the target server will always show the remote MOTD, which can be at most 3 lines.
