Shows various information about the network.

/LUSERS [<dummy> [<server>]]

Parameter <dummy> must be used when parameter <server> is used to get the info from another server.

* Number of visible users, number of invisible users, and the number of servers on the network.
* Number of opers on the network, plus the number of local opers on the server.
* Number of unknown connections to the server (open connections which have not completed the registration stage to become a client or server link).
* Number of channels formed on the network, plus the number of local channels on the server.
* Number of client connections, and number of server links the server has.
* Highest total connection count, and highest client connection count.
