	We've all been there. A user pounces on us demanding to know why another user was kicked/shunned/banned/killed/g-lined. Some can be quite relentless. So, what is the best way to handle such a situation? There is only one correct way to handle this situation. No staff member is allowed to ever to discuss a kick/shun/ban/kill/g-line with anyone but the user directly involved (this includes network-owned channels), and fellow staff. If you were the one who intervened with the user in question, tell them you are not allowed to ~~discussion~~ such situations except with the user directly involved. If you were not involved in the event in question, simply state that you were not present and have no knowledge of the alleged incident.
