WEATHER [forecast] <city|zipcode>
Returns the current weather conditions for the given city, if found.
If [forecast] is specified, a 5-day forecast will be returned as well.
Note, when using this command in-channel, if you do not have access in the channel, the answer may be reported privately instead of in the channel
